Extra Weave® started producing flat woven area rugs in wool, jute, sisal, and blended natural fibers in 2000 with the business values of dedication, trust, and professional ethics.
Every part of production is done in-house, in the U.S.A., with the finest materials imported from the best sources around the world. The design center uses the latest CAD systems. The wool and sisal spinning units use wool from New Zealand and extra-long sisal from Tanzania. Dye is imported from Italy to ensure quality dyeing. Weaving is done on the latest rapier and electronic jacquard looms imported from Belgium. Radio frequency dryers are then used to retain teh inherent texture, color and quality of the dyed yarn. Extra Weave® boasts the best effluent treatment plant in the industry as a testimony of the business' committment to the environment!
